DownloadRestorative practices have been associated with improvements in students' perceptions of disciplinary fairness and overall school climate and improved relationships. Restorative practices have also been associated with reductions in racial/ethnic disparities in disciplinary outcomes. All members of a school community can benefit from restorative practices.

- learning that they can make things right
Teachers can benefit from

- investing time in relationship building to reduce time lost to behavioral incidents and behavioral redirection
Schools can benefit from

- reductions in racial/ethnic disparities in discipline
- fewer disciplinary infractions
