This work is produced by Project BASICS (Behavioral Accountability for a Successful Instructional Climate in Schools). The goals of Project BASICS are to

empower middle school students to advocate for their own and others’ physical and emotional safety at school and a positive and trusting school climate, and

empower middle school teachers to create non-punitive and restorative environments where students feel safe sharing information with school staff and school staff respond restoratively to student concerns.
